Lynn: ENVI Plug-In for ArcGIS. Save to your local machine (just click and save), then double click the .exe to install.

Verify installation by starting ArcMap and selecting Tools > Options from the main menu. Click the Raster tab, then click the File Formats button. The Raster File Formats dialog appears. Look for ENVI Raster *.dat in the list of this dialog. If present, the installation has been successful; otherwise, the installation has failed and must be corrected before proceeding.

Check out the Users guide too, as it has some information on reading coordinate systems, streches, etc.
