Please write a paragraph or a page about a place from your personal history, your place, perhaps your favorite place, where you belong, or simply long for... Place is situated in a topography of our personal past, in the landscape of remembering, longing an desire, but most strikingly a landscape of our dwelling in this world. "You are here" says the abstract map of the shopping mall or the archaeological tourist site but in fact, there can be nothing more incorrect. We are always in many places with our memories, belongings, longings, traces, residues... Please write about such a place and about the way you are tied to it. A photograph or a hand drawn map is desirable.

Due: February 2, 2009. Monday, 3 am.
