Views from Alexandria Harbor: March 15, 1923

Mauretania was a passenger vessel of the White Star Line, sister ship to the Lusitania. In 1910, this ship set a record by traveling from Queenstown to New York in four days, ten hours, forty-one minutes—a record that stood until the 1930s. (Dulles, 142)
