My research interests are focused generally on the Roman world. I recently took and passed comprehensive exams on: Urban development (with a focus on the city of Rome and the cities of Roman Asia Minor), Cults and cult practices of the Roman Empire, and Theoretical and Archaeological perspectives on the Body and Bodily practices. I am now working to incorporate these interests into a dissertation topic.
