Here's a
draft of the new MA program handbook. This handbook is designed to provide the basic information about the program, so that it's clear what students need to do to graduate. It's also designed to let potential students learn more about the program; we'll make it available on the new program website. It has not yet been vetted by the Dean of the graduate school or the AmCiv faculty, who will need to approve it. And note that this is only for students receiving the MA as their final degree, not the PhD students--that group will be covered in the PhD handbook. Take a look at it, if you would, and let me know if it seems clear and complete.
