Claudia Moser

I am currently a second year graduate student in the Joukowsky Institute for Archaeology and the Ancient World. I graduated from University of Pennsylvania in 2006 where I majored in Classical Archaeology and Classical Languages. I am particularly interested in Roman religion, ancient rituals, cults and burial practices. During my time at the Joukowsky Institute I hope to work with material culture and texts, studying the interplay between the artifact and the written, between the image and the word.
