Peagler chapter -- not sure of the biblio formatting for two entries.

Fernandez chapter -- the line spacing is overly large and I can't fix it! To compensate I put it at 1.5 instead of 2x.
-- two reference questions on p. 6 (marked with ***)
-- one content question also p. 6 (marked ***)
-- Figures 7.2 (p. 9), 7.4 (p. 10), 7.6 (p. 11), 7.8 (p. 12), and 7.10 (p. 13) won't rotate! I think the only way to fix them is to make them square w/ the text rather than in line with it, but my computer apparently doesn't have the memory to deal with the huge image files well.
